Water reflection
Ever wanted to polish your pictures with one of those gorgeous water reflection effects like those on the Apple website? ResizeMe makes adding such a mirror reflection to your pictures a piece of cake, and this tutorial will show you how.
Requires Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard or later. Snow Leopard ready.
The goal
The goal is to add a "shiny table" reflection effect such as the one in this image:
Step 1: Drag in images
Download and install ResizeMe if you haven't already done so. In your Applications folder, launch ResizeMe. Drag in the pictures to which you want to add a reflection into ResizeMe's file table.
Step 2: Select Reflection
Select Reflection from the operations pop-up menu.
Step 3: Set options
Select Reflection to turn on reflections.To set the transparency of the reflection, adjust the Opacity slider. To set the amount of your original picture that's reflected, adjust the Amount slider.
